01
Enrollment and eligibility
To join the Program you must apply through our partner portal at partners.dub.co/speechify-inc/apply and be approved. We may approve or decline any application, and may suspend or remove any partner, at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Program is open to partners worldwide, except where participation is prohibited by applicable law. You may not participate if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). You may not participate if you are a competitor of SpeechifyAI. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of SpeechifyAI are not eligible.
02
Disclosure requirement
When you promote SpeechifyAI using your referral link, you have a financial relationship with us that you must disclose clearly and conspicuously, every time and in every place you share a referral link or make a referral.
In the United States this is required by the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. § 255.5). Because a 50% first-year revenue share is a material connection, a disclosure is required. Your disclosure must be:
- placed close to the referral link or claim, not buried, hidden behind a “more” link, or in a separate page;
- easy to notice and understand on every device where it appears; and
- included in each post, video, email, or page that contains a referral link.
Your disclosure can be a short tag such as “(affiliate link)” or “(paid link)”, or a full sentence in your own voice, for example: “I partnered with SpeechifyAI on this, and I earn a commission if you sign up through my link.” Every block in our ready-to-use copy already ends with “(paid link)”; if you edit or write your own, you must add a disclosure yourself.
The Program is worldwide, so in addition to the U.S. rule above you must comply with the advertising and disclosure rules of your own country and of any audience you address. Equivalent rules include, for example, the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and related guidance, the UK CAP Code and ASA guidance, and comparable regimes elsewhere. When in doubt, disclose.
Failure to disclose is a breach of these terms. We may withhold or reverse affected commissions and suspend or terminate your participation.
03
Referral tracking
On approval you receive a unique referral link on the
go.speechify.ai domain (for example, go.speechify.ai/your-name). When someone clicks your link, our systems associate the resulting signup and paid subscription with you.Attribution is handled server-side through our billing system of record and the Dub Partners platform. A referral is credited to you when a click on your link is followed, within 30 days, by a qualifying signup and a paid subscription. Where more than one partner could be credited, first-click attribution applies: the first partner whose link was clicked within that window gets the credit.
04
Commissions
For each customer you refer, you earn 50% of the net collected subscription revenue on self-serve plans (Starter, Pro, and Scale) for that customer’s first 12 months as a paying subscriber.
“Net collected subscription revenue” means amounts actually collected for the subscription itself. It excludes enterprise contracts, usage overages, top-ups, taxes, credits, and any amounts refunded, voided, or charged back. If a payment is later refunded, voided, or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed (clawed back).
Commissions are earned only on transactions that occur while you are an active partner in good standing and that are properly attributed to your referral link.
05
Payouts
Payouts are made monthly through Dub Partners, subject to a 30-day holding period for refund and fraud protection. A payout is issued once your accrued, cleared commission reaches the $20 minimum. Balances below $20 are not forfeited; they roll over and are paid in a later cycle once the threshold is met.
Available payout methods and currencies may vary by country. You are responsible for providing valid payout details and for any taxes on amounts you earn, including any withholding or reporting required in your jurisdiction. If you earn more than $600 in a calendar year, you may be required to provide tax information (for example, a W-9 for U.S. persons or a W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons) before payouts are released. SpeechifyAI may withhold or delay payouts where required by law or to investigate suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
06
Genuine referrals only
Commissions are paid on real customers you genuinely referred. Any technique that manufactures clicks, signups, or attribution that would not have happened on their own is prohibited, whether or not it succeeds.
You may not:
- refer yourself, your own accounts, or use your link for your own purchases (no self-referrals);
- use cookie stuffing, forced or automated clicks, iframes, redirects, or scripts that fire your link without a deliberate action by a real person;
- overwrite or intercept another partner’s attribution; or
- use any other method that generates clicks or signups that are not genuine.
We may reverse affected commissions, withhold payouts, and suspend or terminate your participation where we reasonably believe referrals were not genuine. Where a pattern of manufactured referrals is found, we may reverse commissions across the whole account, not only the individual referrals we identify.
07
How you may promote
You must keep your claims about SpeechifyAI accurate and current, and consistent with how we describe the product. Third-party performance claims (for example, standing on the Artificial Analysis text-to-speech leaderboard) change over time; describe them as of a stated date and update or remove them when they no longer hold.
You may not:
- use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive, misleading, or false statements;
- place a referral link on a web page without marking it
rel="sponsored"(orrel="nofollow"), as search-engine guidance requires for paid and affiliate links; - bid on SpeechifyAI trademarks or brand terms in paid search, or use domains, handles, or accounts that impersonate SpeechifyAI; or
- make claims about pricing, rankings, or capabilities that are not accurate and current.
08
Use of our brand
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the SpeechifyAI name and the logos and assets we provide, solely to promote SpeechifyAI under the Program and in line with our brand guidelines. You get no other rights in our trademarks or brand. Your participation does not make you an employee, agent, partner, or endorser of SpeechifyAI, and you may not imply otherwise. We may revoke this license at any time.
09
Term and termination
Either you or SpeechifyAI may end your participation at any time, for any reason. On termination, commissions that are properly earned, have cleared the 30-day holding period, and meet the $20 minimum payout are paid under the normal payout terms. Because commissions stop accruing once you leave the Program, any balance still below the $20 minimum is not eligible for payout. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclosure obligations for content that remains published, clawbacks, and the limitation of liability) survive termination.
10
Independent parties; no warranty
You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. The Program is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee any level of clicks, signups, or earnings.
11
Changes
We may update the Program and these terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes, by email or in the partner dashboard, before they take effect; minor changes take effect when posted. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute the parties cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by a recognized arbitration body (for example, JAMS or the AAA) seated in Miami, Florida; each party waives any right to bring or join a class action. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. Where local law does not permit mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver, that requirement applies only to the extent permitted.
