Simba 3.0 now speaks six European languages; Simba 1.6 marked legacy

simba-3.0 is no longer English-only. It now officially covers English plus German, Spanish (Spain and Mexico), French, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese. Your request shape does not change: keep passing model: "simba-3.0" and set language to the language of your input, or omit it and let the voice’s own locale decide. A non-English voice on simba-3.0 used to return 400; those requests now synthesize. For the full 30+ locale set, simba-multilingual is unchanged; simba-3.2 stays the English recommendation.

The same release marks the Simba 1.6 models (simba-english, simba-multilingual) as legacy through a new deprecated flag on GET /v1/audio/models. The flag is advisory — both stay fully supported and nothing is scheduled for removal — but it is the signal to de-emphasise them in a picker and prefer simba-3.2 for English and simba-3.0 for the languages it now covers. The docs also correct an earlier claim: simba-3.0 accepts cloned voices self-serve.
